This exclusive offer is available to new ISV partners who:

 

Sign a partner agreement with Cloud On Demand between 16 September 2025 and 31 December 2025.

 

A "new" partner is defined as one who has not transacted with Cloud On Demand in the past 12 months.

 

To qualify for the offer, partners must begin transacting within 3 months of their onboarding documents being approved by Cloud On Demand. 

Eligible partners will receive a 20% rebate on their Azure spend, up to a maximum of $200/month, for three consecutive months. Rebates are processed in South African Rands, converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and processed monthly in arrears by the 7th business day.

 

To qualify, transactions must include eligible Microsoft Azure cloud subscriptions, including Reserved Instances. 

 

The total credits available over the 3-month period is capped at $600, processed monthly in arrears by the 7th business day and converted into Rands at the prevailing ROE for the month.

 

Additional offers — including a free Azure Assessment, Upgrade & Modernisation Plan, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Technical Audit — will be made available after the partner starts transacting within the 3-month onboarding period.

To redeem the offer, the following conditions must be met:

 

The partner must complete the onboarding process;

 

At least one qualifying transaction must be billed and fully paid;

 

All required documentation must be submitted.

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other rewards or rebates.

This offer is only valid for partners who complete onboarding by 31 December 2025. Qualifying transactions must commence no later than 31 March 2026, based on the partner's approved onboarding date.
